4.3 Concomitant Guanylate Cyclase (GC) Stimulators

Tadalafil has been studied in 22 clinical trials, looking at the efficacy and safety of the medication. These trials have lasted up to 24 weeks and included over 4000 patients. When taken as indicated, once per day, Tadalafil demonstrated effectiveness in improving erectile dysfunction in men.

Researchers used seven randomized, multicenter, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, parallel-arm designs, and primary efficacy and safety studies of Tadalafil were given to the general population.
