Low libido and erectile dysfunction can have a negative affect on your overall health and wellbeing. A variety of factors can cause low libido, including stress, fatigue, relationship conflicts, and underlying medical conditions. If you’ve been having sexual problems, it may be time to seek help.

However, you don’t need to hit the panic button right away. There are ways to improve your sexual health naturally. In fact, physical exercise can help raise your libido and resolve erectile dysfunction. Here are three simple exercises you can use to combat sexual health problems.

Aerobic exercises and strength training
Physical fitness makes it easier for you to have an active sex life. Fit people typically have sex more frequently than couch potatoes. When you exercise regularly, you have plenty of energy for sex. That can make sex more fun and enjoyable.

Cardio training releases feel-good chemicals in the body called endorphins. It also increases your endurance and improves your cardiovascular health. It’s important to get adequate blood flow to the penis. Studies have shown that circulation is essential for healthy erections. Try to engage in aerobic exercise several times per week.

Strength training builds muscle and increases male stamina. When you look good, it also boosts your confidence levels. Men with high self-esteem generally experience fewer sexual health problems. For best results, choose exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and workout a few days each week.

Kegel exercises
This type of exercise strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. Kegel exercises are well known because they benefit pregnant women preparing for labor. But they can also benefit both sexes by increasing sexual pleasure.

Kegel exercises can enhance a woman’s sexual pleasure by tightening the muscles in the vagina. This helps women achieve powerful orgasms. On the other hand, men can use Kegel exercises to delay ejaculation. Male stamina is an important part of sexual performance.

So, how do you get started with Kegel exercises? You can practice while you urinate. Just squeeze the muscles in your penis to stop the urine flow for about 10 seconds before releasing. While performing the exercise, relax the muscles in your buttocks, abdomen, and thighs.

Pelvic tilts
This type of exercise can improve your flexibility and creativity in the bedroom. Pelvic tilts can also enhance your sexual arousal and help you easily achieve powerful orgasms.

You can perform the exercises by lying on your back with your legs shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly. While keeping your feet flat on the ground and arms at your sides to give support, take a deep breath and lift your pelvis and buttocks off the floor. Keep your back straight and tighten the muscles in your abdomen. Hold this position for several seconds, and then lower your body to the resting position on the ground.

For best results, you’ll need to spend time and effort completing these exercises on a regular basis. Some men like to use these exercises in conjunction with herbal supplements that further enhance male sexual performance and stamina.
